Booking Process

Submit a Booking Request Form

Schedule a Site Walk & Meeting

Step 3) 

Receive a Customized Proposal

Step 4) 

Sign the Rental Agreement & 50% Pay Deposit with full payment due 30 days prior to the event. If no damages are incurred, the damage deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days post event.

  • We accept payment via credit card or e-transfer..

  • Payment instructions will be included with your invoice

Cancellation Policy

All booking deposits with The Kelowna Event Centre are final and non-refundable.
