Booking Process

Schedule a Site Walk & Meeting
Step 3)
Receive a Customized Proposal

Step 4)
Sign the Rental Agreement & 50% Pay Deposit with full payment due 30 days prior to the event. If no damages are incurred, the damage deposit will be refunded no later than 14 days post event.

Cancellation Policy
All booking deposits with The Kelowna Event Centre are final and non-refundable.
